The community is led by Karina Bowden and Rachael Fennessey.
Karina Bowden is the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer at Beyond Advice Group, where she brings her extensive experience in governance, risk management and regulatory compliance in the financial services industry. Karina is known for her commitment to building strong, values-driven organisations; while being passionate about creating environments where people feel supported, empowered and inspired to succeed.
Alongside her professional expertise, Karina is dedicated to championing women and believes that meaningful connections are key to personal and professional growth. She is committed to fostering a community where women can learn from one another and feel confident and comfortable, developing lasting professional relationships. The vision is to inspire a thriving network that empowers women to realise their potential while strengthening the wider community through collaboration, inclusion and shared success.
Rachael Fennessey is the Founder and Managing Director of AspireExec, bringing more than 20 years of experience in executive search, leadership coaching and recruitment within the financial planning profession. As a qualified executive coach, she is dedicated to supporting leaders in creating a thriving business, high-performing teams and fulfilling careers.
In addition to her work, Rachael is a passionate advocate for increasing the representation of women across financial services. She believes that strong networks create stronger leaders and is committed to building a supportive community where women can connect. By being open to sharing experiences and inspiring each other. Rachael's vision is to empower women to grow and shape a more inclusive future for the profession.
